We offer shipping services to most areas within India.

After your order is processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking details and carrier information. This allows you to keep a close eye on the status of your delivery.

Please note that once items have been dispatched, we are unable to redirect orders. A signature upon receipt is required for all orders to ensure secure delivery.

We are pleased to offer free shipping for all orders within India*, making it more convenient for you.

For international shipping, the costs may vary based on the specific product, chosen delivery method, and the destination's zip code. To receive an accurate quote for international delivery, kindly email us at info@thelofts.in with the details of your selected product, delivery address, and zip code.

 

 

SHIPPING TIME

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 6-7 Days days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.

THE LOFT DESIGN STUDIO is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 6-7 Days days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. Shipping times may vary depending on whether the item is readily available in our warehouse or if it is a made-to-order piece. You can find the expected shipping date for each product listed on its respective product page.

Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number and delivery details via email to keep you informed throughout the process.

Products that are in stock and ship from our warehouse typically undergo processing within 7-14 days.

For made-to-order or customized items, please allow for a shipping window of 45 – 90 days.

DOORSTEP SERVICE DELIVERY

The Lofts is committed to ensuring that your ordered products are delivered to you seamlessly. Here are some specific delivery conditions:

For residences and offices located on the ground floor, our delivery personnel will hand over your products at your doorstep.

In multi-level buildings, products will be placed in a secure lobby area after notifying the security desk for your convenience.

Should you require additional assistance to carry the furniture inside your space, the arrangement of manpower will be your responsibility.

Any assembly instructions, if applicable, will be provided along with the product to facilitate a hassle-free setup.

Please note that neither The Lofts nor our logistics partner can be held responsible if the furniture you ordered does not fit into your home as it is essential to ensure compatibility beforehand.
